- Place the first five ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes and add stir into slow cooker. Cook 15 minutes on high then stir to combine.
- To freeze: Place first five ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag. Freeze. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, dump into slow cooker, and cook on low 8 hours. Continue with step 2.
