slow cooker beef stroganoff
My husband is very picky about his beef stroganoff, but this recipe really made him happy. I found the recipe on http://whoneedsacape.com/2014/02/simple-slow-cooker-beef-stroganoff// but did not have the type of soup called for in the recipe so I tweaked it into this.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 ounces cream cheese
How To Make slow cooker beef stroganoff

Step 1Place the first five ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 2Cut cream cheese into cubes and add stir into slow cooker. Cook 15 minutes on high then stir to combine.

Step 3To freeze: Place first five ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag. Freeze. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, dump into slow cooker, and cook on low 8 hours. Continue with step 2.
