1 pound ground beef
1 small red pepper
1 small sweet onion
1 can corn
1 can sloppy joe sauce
2 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pinch chives

How To Make sloppy joe tater tot

Step 1

preheat oven 350 degrees.in a large skillet brown the ground beef with pepper and onion until the meat cooked through. drain the grease off return to heat .

Step 2

stir in corn sloppy sauce,cream cheese. cook over low heat until the cheese melted.
Step 3

in a 9x 13 baking dishes arrange the tater tot in single layer and than spread meat mixture over them and sprinkle chesse and repeat until you run out mixture
Step 4

bake for and hour and 45 mixture
