simple goulash
This recipe is so simple, but my boys really love this dish. You can adjust the spices to your taste. We like things very spicy. You can also substitute the potatoes for elbow noodles. You could also serve it over cooked rice instead of potatoes. Adjust you cooking time when substituting. I didn't have a picture in my recipe file, so I'll take one and post it the next time I make this dish.

Ingredients
- 1 can sweet whole corn or 2 cups frozen
- 1 can green beans or 2 cups fronzen
- 2 cans chili beans
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 large can of tomato puree
- 1 small can of tomato paste.
- 4-6 cups water
- 3 large potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
How To Make simple goulash

Step 1Cook ground beef in skillet. Drain and transfer to stock pot.

Step 2Add corn, green beans, and chili beans including juices.

Step 3Add tomatoes, tomato pureed, and tomato paste. Mix well.

Step 4Add spices and bring to boil.

Step 5Add potatoes. lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. You can also serve this over rice. If you prefer your Goulash over rice, simply leave the potatoes out and serve over rice.
