How to Make Side of Road Authentic Steak Fajita's
- I always roast my peppers on the stove burners, slice and keep in fridge for sandwiches or whatever (delicious)
I placed all my peppers on stove top rotating till completely black. set in container and cover with plastic wrap till cooled.
When cooled, wearing rubber gloves I peel the char off and remove any seeds. Slice and place in a container.
