How to Make Shepherd's Pie Reinvented
- Peel and chop potatoes. Boil potatoes until tender. Mash potatoes adding butter, non-fat milk and reduced fat cheddar cheese. Sauté onion and when translucent add beef and cook until browned then mix in tomato sauce. In casserole dish, layer meat mixture, then cans of veggie, and then spread potato mixture on top. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
