Ingredients

  • 1 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernal corn,undrained
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 3/4 c
    boiling water
  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz. tomato sauce with tomato bits
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    italian herb seasoning
  • 1 c
    chopped onioms and green pepper
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    bacon bits

How to Make Seven Layer Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. in 2 quart casserole dish arrange ingredients in the following order; rice mixed well with corn, salt and pepper,bouillon cube mixed with boiling water,
  2. Half of tomato sauce that has been mixed with Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning.
  3. chopped onion, green pepper, uncooked ground beef, other half of tomato sauce mixture.
  4. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered 10 minutes.Top with bacon bits.
