2-4 clovegarlic, finely chopped

salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
How To Make serbian sausages (cevapcici)

1Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and, using your hands, mix until thoroughly combined.

2Form into sausages about 3 inches (8 cm) and 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick. Cook over hot coals or under a preheated broiler, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
