Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup tomato juice (or pasta sauce)
- 1 - egg
How To Make saucy meatloaf

Step 1Combine all ingredients; Mix well. Pat into greased 9x5 loaf pan;

Step 2Sauce: 6 oz tomato sauce or pasta sauce 3 TBSP. Vinegar (apple cider is what I used) 2 TBSP. Mustard (used yellow mustard) 3 TBSP. brown sugar (packed) 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Stir all ingredients together; Mix well. Pour sauce over meatloaf and Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours; Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
