campbells condensed onion soup (i have often substituted liptons dry onion soup)
fine dry bread crumbs
How to Make Salisbury Steak and Onion Gravy
1In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
2Shape into 6 oval patties.
In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat.
3Gradually blend remaining ingredients, stir to loosen browned bits.
4Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done,
