How to Make Rice a Roni Meatball with Red Wine Reduction Sauce
- Take rice a roni out of box and soak it in hot water for 15 minutes then drain.
- Mix rice, beef, egg, and seasoning packet from rice a roni together. Shape into balls.
- Add butter to frying pan. Brown meatballs. Pour beef broth and wine over top.
- Bring to boil and reduce to simmer and simmer 20 minutes.
- Remove meatballs and serve with sauce garnish with parsley
