I added the reduction sauce because I love the flavor and it brings an amazing punch to what usually is just boring meatballs.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 box beef flavored rice a roni
- 1 large egg
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 3 tablespoons parsley
How To Make rice a roni meatball with red wine reduction sauce

Step 1Take rice a roni out of box and soak it in hot water for 15 minutes then drain.

Step 2Mix rice, beef, egg, and seasoning packet from rice a roni together. Shape into balls.

Step 3Add butter to frying pan. Brown meatballs. Pour beef broth and wine over top.

Step 4Bring to boil and reduce to simmer and simmer 20 minutes.

Step 5Remove meatballs and serve with sauce garnish with parsley
