Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot


  • 5 lb
    roast of choice
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and smoked paprika
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1 large
    onion chopped
  • 2 c
    fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 4 c
    beef broth
  • 1 c
    dry red wine

How to Make Pressure Cooked Pot Roast W Mushroom & Onion Gravy


  1. Season the roast with the salt and smoked paprika. Add to pressure cooker. Add all ingredients on top of roast.
  2. Cook under pressure for 50 minutes. Remove bay leaf. If gravy is too thin thicken with your favorite thickener ie..
