Ingredients

  • 5 pounds roast of choice
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and smoked paprika
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup dry red wine

How To Make pressure cooked pot roast w mushroom & onion gravy

  • Step 1
    Season the roast with the salt and smoked paprika. Add to pressure cooker. Add all ingredients on top of roast.
