- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon each salt and smoked paprika
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms chopped
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup dry red wine

Step 1Season the roast with the salt and smoked paprika. Add to pressure cooker. Add all ingredients on top of roast.
