Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef roast
- 3 large carrots
- 2 medium russet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 3 cups beef broth
How To Make pot roast

Step 1Sprinkle roast evenly with garlic powder. Place in a slow cooker. Add 2 cups of broth. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.

Step 2Peel and cube potatoes. Peel and slice carrots. Add potatoes and carrots to slow cooker.

Step 3Add oregano, basil and remaining broth. Cook on high for an additional hour or until vegetables are tender and roast is done.
