Slow Cooker Crock Pot

  • 2 lb
    beef roast
  • 3 large
  • 2 medium
    russet potatoes
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 3 c
    beef broth

How to Make Pot Roast


  1. Sprinkle roast evenly with garlic powder. Place in a slow cooker. Add 2 cups of broth. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.
  2. Peel and cube potatoes. Peel and slice carrots. Add potatoes and carrots to slow cooker.
  3. Add oregano, basil and remaining broth. Cook on high for an additional hour or until vegetables are tender and roast is done.
