  • ·
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ·
    14 oz. jar pizza sauce
  • ·
    2 lbs. ground chuck
  • ·
    1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • ·
    2 large eggs

How to Make Pizza Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Reserve 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup pizza sauce for topping.
  2. Heat oven to 350.
  3. In large bowl, mix remaining cheese and pizza sauce with meat, bread crumbs, and eggs.
  4. Press firmly into a 9x5 loaf pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Pour reserved sauce over top. Bake for another 45 minutes. Sprinkle with reserved mozzarella cheese the last 10 minutes.
