Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 - slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: salt, pepper, garlic salt, dried oregano (crushed) and basil
  • 1 can chef boy 'ar dee pizza sauce
  • 1 package sliced pepperoni
  • - toppings of your choice: sliced black olives, green pepper slices, mushrooms, beef stick, etc.
  • 2 cups grated mozarella cheese, or mixed pizza cheese of your choice

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350*
  • Step 2
    Combine ground beef with eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, chopped onion, salt, garlic salt, oregano and basil.
  • Step 3
    Pat mixture into a loaf shape in a 9x13 baking pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 30 minutes, or until meat loaf is cooked through. Remove pan and drain off fat.
  • Step 5
    Spread pizza sauce all over top.
  • Step 6
    Place toppings on top of sauce (olives, pepperoni, etc.) Sprinkle grated cheese over all.
  • Step 7
    Bake 10 approx. min. longer, until cheese is bubbly.
