Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 - slightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 1/2 teaspoon each: salt, pepper, garlic salt, dried oregano (crushed) and basil
- 1 can chef boy 'ar dee pizza sauce
- 1 package sliced pepperoni
- - toppings of your choice: sliced black olives, green pepper slices, mushrooms, beef stick, etc.
- 2 cups grated mozarella cheese, or mixed pizza cheese of your choice

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*

Step 2Combine ground beef with eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, chopped onion, salt, garlic salt, oregano and basil.

Step 3Pat mixture into a loaf shape in a 9x13 baking pan.

Step 4Bake for 30 minutes, or until meat loaf is cooked through. Remove pan and drain off fat.

Step 5Spread pizza sauce all over top.

Step 6Place toppings on top of sauce (olives, pepperoni, etc.) Sprinkle grated cheese over all.

Step 7Bake 10 approx. min. longer, until cheese is bubbly.
