Different people use different breads for this recipe - there are rolls made specifically for Pistellettes but other oval medium hard rolls would work

1 pkgpistellette bread/rolls (12)

1 lbground beef
-
1 lbvelveeta cheese
-
10 ozbox chopped broccoli

1 jar(s)mushrooms
How to Make Pistellettes
- cut the end off of pistellette roll, cut circle out of inside of roll length-ways and remove.
- Brown and season ground meat to taste. Drain
- Add Velveeta cheese cut in 1 inch squares. Add diced broccoli and mushroom in skillet with meat on low until cheese melts. allow to cool
- Stuff inside of rolls with meat mixture. Baste outer side of bread with melted butter and garlic powder. Bake stuffed rolls until brown.
