Different people use different breads for this recipe - there are rolls made specifically for Pistellettes but other oval medium hard rolls would work

Ingredients
- 1 package pistellette bread/rolls (12)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound velveeta cheese
- 10 ounces box chopped broccoli
- 1 jar mushrooms
How To Make pistellettes

Step 1cut the end off of pistellette roll, cut circle out of inside of roll length-ways and remove.

Step 2Brown and season ground meat to taste. Drain

Step 3Add Velveeta cheese cut in 1 inch squares. Add diced broccoli and mushroom in skillet with meat on low until cheese melts. allow to cool

Step 4Stuff inside of rolls with meat mixture. Baste outer side of bread with melted butter and garlic powder. Bake stuffed rolls until brown.
