2 pkgpasta(i use rotini or shells)
2 lbground beef
2 can(s)pasta sauce
1 can(s)tomato paste
1 Tbspchili powder and black pepper
1 tspsea salt
1 smallcan rotel
How to Make pasta and meatsauce
- While pasta is boiling dice up tomatoes and onion. Put into a large skillet along with meat and seasonings.
- Ground the meat up and cook until veg. Are tender. Drain. Add 1can sauce and enough of the second can so that meat is covered but not swimming. Add paste. Simmer until hot and blended.
- Drain and rinse pasta. Add pasts to meat mixture In a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
