This is a great dish if you have people coming over for dinner (you can double or triple the recipe if you have a crowd coming over; just cook in a larger covered casserole dish or split it between two covered casserole dishes). It cooks while you enjoy your guests and your house smells fabulous when people arrive. It is super easy to assemble the ingredients and is delicious. You can put the ingredients together earlier in the day and then pop it in the oven 3 hours before you want to eat. Enjoy!

1Mix all ingredients in a pan or casserole and cover with a tight lid.

2Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. NO PEEKING!
