my hamburger stakes

my family loves these... are great with mash taters. when I 1st started cooking these I would just put salt and pepper on them and that's it. and they just tasted so blend. but I started to play with seasonings and I found that I like this one the best.(NOTE: on the seasoning you will have to eyeball it. that's what I do)

Ingredients
- 1 - roll of hamburger meat
- 1 large onion
- - drops of warcestershire suce
- 2 cans of mushrooms (stems and peices)
- - tonys chacheres
- - little salt and pepper to taste if you would like to add that
- 4 packages brown gravy mix
How To Make my hamburger stakes

Step 1pre heat oven to 350: slice the onions and set them to the side. then patty out you hamburger meat into patties and then put them in a skillet and add some of the onions to that. then put the tonys chacheres seasoning and a dash of Worcestershire sauce on it and salt and pepper. then flip over and do the other side just don't use the Worcestershire sauce

Step 2then cook it its done. do all the patties the same way till there all done. time you put new patties on to cook take out the onions and put fresh one in with the patties. then put them in a glass pan and pour the mushroom stems and pieces on that.

Step 3then take you brown gravy mix and mix them as it says on the packages. then pour that in the glass pan and stick it in the oven for 35 min. or until brown gray has thinking or until hot. serve with mash taters and corn. I never add salt and pepper to this because it has plenty of salt to me from the seasonings
