2lb. chuck roasts
1 large
sweet onion
1 large
can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp
beef bouillon
1 pkg
onion gravy mix
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 pkg
16oz. frozen bell peppers or fresh if you have them

How to Make Mushroom Pepper Roast In The Crock

Step-by-Step

  • 1Turn your crock pot to high heat setting. Layer your mushroom soup, onion quartered. Salt and pepper to taste both of the roasts and layer on top of onions.
  • 2Sprinkle beef bouillon along with packet of gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce and package of frozen peppers. put lid on and let cook on high for 3 hours.
  • 3Turn meat and stir gravy, turn heat down to low and cook 3 more hours. Turn heat to warm setting until ready to eat. Good Gravy!
