Mushroom Pepper Roast In The Crock
22lb. chuck roasts
1 largesweet onion
1 largecan cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbspbeef bouillon
1 pkgonion gravy mix
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 pkg16oz. frozen bell peppers or fresh if you have them
How to Make Mushroom Pepper Roast In The Crock
- Turn your crock pot to high heat setting. Layer your mushroom soup, onion quartered. Salt and pepper to taste both of the roasts and layer on top of onions.
- Sprinkle beef bouillon along with packet of gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce and package of frozen peppers. put lid on and let cook on high for 3 hours.
- Turn meat and stir gravy, turn heat down to low and cook 3 more hours. Turn heat to warm setting until ready to eat. Good Gravy!
