Ingredients
- 2 - 2lb. chuck roasts
- 1 large sweet onion
- 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon
- 1 package onion gravy mix
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 package 16oz. frozen bell peppers or fresh if you have them
How To Make mushroom pepper roast in the crock

Step 1Turn your crock pot to high heat setting. Layer your mushroom soup, onion quartered. Salt and pepper to taste both of the roasts and layer on top of onions.

Step 2Sprinkle beef bouillon along with packet of gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce and package of frozen peppers. put lid on and let cook on high for 3 hours.

Step 3Turn meat and stir gravy, turn heat down to low and cook 3 more hours. Turn heat to warm setting until ready to eat. Good Gravy!
