Mom's Spanish Rice
2 mediumonons chopped
1 largegreen bell pepper chopped
1 or more lbgroud beef
2 cwhite rice uncooked
4 can(s)8oz tomato sauce
3 1/2 chot water
·salt & pepper
1 cvelveeta cheese
How to Make Mom's Spanish Rice
- Brown ground beef drain add onion and green bellpepper and cook a little not quite soft
- Add rice cook a little stirring till it gets a tiny bit brown..
- Add tomato sauce, water & salt & pepper. Mix well. Bring to a quice boil. Cover tightlyand simmer 25 min. Stiring once in a while.
- Add 1 cup of velveeta cheese before serving stiring to melt...... Enoy!!!!!
