This has been in our family for many years. Its just so easy and so so yummy... Hope you all enjoy as much as we have......

Ingredients
- 2 medium onons chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper chopped
- 1 or more pound groud beef
- 2 cups white rice uncooked
- 4 cans 8oz tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 cups hot water
- - salt & pepper
- 1 cup velveeta cheese
How To Make mom's spanish rice

Step 1Brown ground beef drain add onion and green bellpepper and cook a little not quite soft

Step 2Add rice cook a little stirring till it gets a tiny bit brown..

Step 3Add tomato sauce, water & salt & pepper. Mix well. Bring to a quice boil. Cover tightlyand simmer 25 min. Stiring once in a while.

Step 4Add 1 cup of velveeta cheese before serving stiring to melt...... Enoy!!!!!
