How to Make Mom's SOS (Creamed Beef on toast)
- Brown the beef and drain the fat.
- Pour half and half over the meat and bring to a boil. Mix the flour with the water and stir into beef mixture to thicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast bread. Fry the eggs sunny side up.
- Serve the meat mixture over the toast and top with fried egg.
