mom's sloppy joe pie
When I was a kid we use to eat this all the time. My dad was a hunter and we always had ground venison and ground beef around so my mom would come up with unusual ways of using the meat.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or venison
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices cheese of your choice
- 1 - pie crust shell
How To Make mom's sloppy joe pie

Step 1Brown the beef, onion, garlic, and salt until meat is done.

Step 2Meanwhile bake pie crust until golden about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 3Add ketchup, mustard, relish, and worcestershire to meat. Stir well to combine.

Step 4Put 4 slices of cheese in bottom of pie shell. Top with meat mixture. Then add the last 5 slices of cheese.

Step 5Bake in oven another 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
