mom's meat loaf
My family doesn't like a strong tomato flavor in their meat loaf or green peppers so I came up with this recipe many years ago and they always rave about it! Its great with brown gravy or a little A-1 Steak sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 small onion, grated
- 3 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups saltine crackers, finely crushed
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make mom's meat loaf

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well until thoroughly blended. Press into a large loaf pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
