Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs ( i used italian for extra flavoring)
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    parsley
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • GLAZE

  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • ·
    dash of worcestershire sauce

How to Make minnie meat loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 350.
    In large bowl add all ingredients and mix together with clean hands.
  2. Fill in muffin pan.
  3. In A second bowl mix ingredients for glaze
    cover the tops of the meat mixture in the muffin pan with the glaze.
    Cook for 30 min.
