What can I say ?? I love Salisbury Steaks. I remember my Mom making them for our family.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • GRAVY, PREPARE AND SET ASIDE

  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 c
    beef broth
  • ·
    ground pepper

How to Make Mini Salisbury Steaks

Step-by-Step

  1. Make 8 Patties. Heat skillet on high. Brown Patties only. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. To the skillet add: onions and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes. Add Thyme, pepper and flour. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes
  3. Add broth, slowly while stirring. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes. Return patties to the skillet along with any juices. Lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
