What can I say ?? I love Salisbury Steaks. I remember my Mom making them for our family.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • GRAVY, PREPARE AND SET ASIDE
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • - ground pepper

How To Make mini salisbury steaks

  • Step 1
    Make 8 Patties. Heat skillet on high. Brown Patties only. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Step 2
    To the skillet add: onions and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes. Add Thyme, pepper and flour. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes
  • Step 3
    Add broth, slowly while stirring. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes. Return patties to the skillet along with any juices. Lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
