What can I say ?? I love Salisbury Steaks. I remember my Mom making them for our family.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

2 lb
lean ground beef
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
water

GRAVY, PREPARE AND SET ASIDE

onion, chopped
1 c
sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp
dried thyme
3 Tbsp
flour
3 c
beef broth
ground pepper

How to Make Mini Salisbury Steaks

Step-by-Step

  • 1Make 8 Patties. Heat skillet on high. Brown Patties only. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • 2To the skillet add: onions and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes. Add Thyme, pepper and flour. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes
  • 3Add broth, slowly while stirring. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes. Return patties to the skillet along with any juices. Lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
