Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- GRAVY, PREPARE AND SET ASIDE
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups beef broth
- - ground pepper
How To Make mini salisbury steaks

Step 1Make 8 Patties. Heat skillet on high. Brown Patties only. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 2To the skillet add: onions and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes. Add Thyme, pepper and flour. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes

Step 3Add broth, slowly while stirring. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes. Return patties to the skillet along with any juices. Lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
