I have been making these for years and they are good hot or cold! You can use your own meatloaf recipe or add or omit whatever vegetables!

    ground beef
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    oats
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 or 2 can(s)
    canned bisciuts

How to Make Mini Meat Pies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix meat and seasonings or make your own favorite meatloaf recipe
  2. Spread each biscuit out a little with your fingers
  3. Add a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and fold biscuit over, crimp with a fork
  4. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
