I have been making these for years and they are good hot or cold! You can use your own meatloaf recipe or add or omit whatever vegetables!

Ingredients For mini meat pies

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 or 2 can
    canned bisciuts

How To Make mini meat pies

  • 1
    Mix meat and seasonings or make your own favorite meatloaf recipe
  • 2
    Spread each biscuit out a little with your fingers
  • 3
    Add a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and fold biscuit over, crimp with a fork
  • 4
    Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
