I have been making these for years and they are good hot or cold! You can use your own meatloaf recipe or add or omit whatever vegetables!

ground beef

egg
1/2 c
ketchup
1/2 c
oats
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 can(s)
canned bisciuts

How to Make Mini Meat Pies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix meat and seasonings or make your own favorite meatloaf recipe
  • 2Spread each biscuit out a little with your fingers
  • 3Add a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and fold biscuit over, crimp with a fork
  • 4Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
