I have been making these for years and they are good hot or cold! You can use your own meatloaf recipe or add or omit whatever vegetables!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 or 2 cans canned bisciuts
How To Make mini meat pies

Step 1Mix meat and seasonings or make your own favorite meatloaf recipe

Step 2Spread each biscuit out a little with your fingers

Step 3Add a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and fold biscuit over, crimp with a fork

Step 4Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
