mini meat loaves

These are simple to make and so good. My kids just love them. I usually serve them with augratin potatoes or macaroni & cheese, and a vegetable. My picture isn't too great. If you cook them in a mini loaf pans they are prettier than when shaped by hand which is what I have pictured here. Whether you use a pan or shape them by hand, they always taste good! The loaf pans are also great because you can add things that one person may like and someone else doesn't such as mushrooms or green peppers and really design them to individual tastes!

Ingredients For mini meat loaves

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 md
    onion, grated
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    dry bread crumbs

How To Make mini meat loaves

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well.

    Shape into mini loaf shapes or press into mini loaf pans.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
