These are really cute and tasty. I have done this with mini cupcake pan for little appetizers. If you can't find the Heinz balsamic vinegar ketchup just use regular ketchup and a little balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

GLAZE

1 c
heinz balsamic vinegar ketchup

brown sugar
2 tsp
yellow mustard

How to Make Mini Cheddar Meatloafs with Balsamic Ketchup Glaze

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix first eight ingredients together. Place in greased muffin pan.
  • 2Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour over top each loaf.
  • 3Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
