mini cheddar meatloafs with balsamic ketchup glaze
These are really cute and tasty. I have done this with mini cupcake pan for little appetizers. If you can't find the Heinz balsamic vinegar ketchup just use regular ketchup and a little balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooking oats
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground beef
- GLAZE
- 1 cup heinz balsamic vinegar ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard

Step 1Mix first eight ingredients together. Place in greased muffin pan.

Step 2Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour over top each loaf.
