Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 cup quick cooking oats or bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make microwave meatloaf

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Using a microwave safe round casserole dish, shape mixture into a ring (hole in the center). Make sure meat is pretty even, wide as it is high (for even cooking)

Step 2Cover with paper towels to prevent splattering. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on microwave wattage, to an interernal temp of 165 F. Turn halfway through if you do not have a turntable microwave.
