    egg, beaten
  • 1 c

  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Microwave Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Using a microwave safe round casserole dish, shape mixture into a ring (hole in the center). Make sure meat is pretty even, wide as it is high (for even cooking)
  2. Cover with paper towels to prevent splattering. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on microwave wattage, to an interernal temp of 165 F. Turn halfway through if you do not have a turntable microwave.
