Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni cooked and drained
- 1 pound ground beef browned
- 1 medium onion
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa your choice
- 1 medium green pepper diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can sweet corn drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small jalapeno seeded and diced
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cheddar soup
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
How To Make mexican redneck casserole

Step 1Brown the beef and cook macaroni.

Step 2In saucepan saute the onion, green pepper, garlic, and jalapeno in a little oil until tender

Step 3Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Place in large baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
