How to Make Mexican Cornbread

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lightly grease baking dish or spray with Pam for baking. In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating in one at a time. Blend in Creamed corn, chilis and cheeses.
  • 2In a separate bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to corn mixture, stir until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for one hour
