I have made this recipe several times, it is always a big hit with my family.

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 package mexican cornbread
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 package 8 ounce sour cream
  • 1 bag shredder cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground chuck

How To Make mexican cornbread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown ground chuck. Drain Ground Chuck. Pour in 9 x 12 pan.
  • Step 2
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
