- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 package mexican cornbread
- 3 - eggs
- 1 package 8 ounce sour cream
- 1 bag shredder cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground chuck
How To Make mexican cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown ground chuck. Drain Ground Chuck. Pour in 9 x 12 pan.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.

Step 3Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
