    corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    cream corn
  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 pkg
    mexican cornbread
  • 3
  • 1 pkg
    8 ounce sour cream
  • 1 bag(s)
    shredder cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    ground chuck

How to Make Mexican Cornbread


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    Brown ground chuck.
    Drain Ground Chuck.
    Pour in 9 x 12 pan.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
