meatball sub casserole
I didn't think I would like this. I thought the bread would be soggy but it wasn't it was really good. I prefer this to a regular meatball sub because it has less bread.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 8 slices italian bread
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 28 ounces jar spaghetti sauce or make your own
How To Make meatball sub casserole

Step 1Mix beef with bread crumbs, onion, garlic season with salt and pepper to taste. Roll into balls. Bake the meatballs at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 2Lay the bread in a single layer on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Combine the cream cheese, mayo,and italian seasoning. Spread over the bread. Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella cheese over top.

Step 3Lay meatballs over bread and pour spaghetti sauce over top. Top with the remaining two cups of mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes
