Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beeff
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice white bread coarsly crumnbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups cooked wide noodles

How To Make meatball stroganoff

  • Step 1
    mix beef, onions, egg, bread salt and pepper. shape into balls,
  • Step 2
    brown in skillet(use a little oil) pour off drippings, add soup and water, cover and simmer 10 minutes.Stir until thickens then add sour cream
  • Step 3
    serve over cooked noodles
