How To Make meatball stroganoff
-
Step 1Mix first 7 ingredients together and shape into desired size balls. I usually make them about 3 inches in diameter. Throw them on a baking pan and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the size of meatballs.
-
Step 2Cook noodles in boiling salted water and drain well.
-
Step 3Meanwhile add butter to saute pan and add onions and garlic. Cook about 4 minutes . Add mushrooms and cook 4 more minutes. Add wine and deglaze. Cook until most is evaporated.
-
Step 4Stir in flour and make a roux. Add the heavy cream and cook until thickened. Add sour cream and heat through.
-
Step 5Remove meatballs from oven and add to sauce. Serve meatballs and sauce over noodles and garnish with parsley.
