Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef or meatloaf mix
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs (can use cracker or regular bread crumbs, too)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 - egg, beaten
How To Make meat loaf

Step 1Mix all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
