Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef or meatloaf mix
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs (can use cracker or regular bread crumbs, too)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 - egg, beaten

How To Make meat loaf

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
