Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1 tablespoon instant onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup finely crushed saltine crackers
- 1 - egg - beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- TOPPING
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make meat loaf enhanced with barbeque topping

Step 1Spoon into lightly greased loaf pan 8 1/2" x 4 1/2". Press gently. Spread topping evenly over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Check with meat thermometer. Should reach 165-170degrees
