How to Make Meat and Tater Stew
- Cut steak into strips or cubes. Heat a small amount of fat in a deep skillet. Brown meat; drain fat thoroughly.
- Add potatoes, roux and water to cover ingredients. (More roux may be used if needed).
- Add onions and bell pepper (chopped). Season to taste with pepper (red/black), salt and worchestershire sauce. Cover and simmer until tender.
