Ingredients

- pam original spray
1 pound gound beef
1 can 15oz manawich sauce
1 package 8.5oz corn muffin mix
1/3 cup fat free milk
1/3 cup fleischmann's original spread tube, melted
1/4 cup egg beaters original

How To Make manwich sloppy joe cornbread bake

Step 1

Spray 8" square dish with Pam. Cook and stir beef in skillet for 7 minutes or until done. Drain, add Manwich heat until hot. Spoon into dish.

Step 2

Stir together muffin mix, milk, Fleischmann's and Egg Beaters in bowl. Spoon over beef mixture, Bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until set.
