- 1 kilogram topside roast
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
How To Make leslie's topside roast

Step 1Preheat oven to 150c/300f

Step 2Mix oil, mustard and soy sauce into a paste.

Step 3Rub mixture all over the roast

Step 4Cook uncovered. 25 minutes per 500gms/1.1lb

Step 5Remove from oven and rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
