Great way to use up left-over mashed potatoes and green beans after Thanksgiving or other holiday!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 pound browned ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 - table onions (optional)

How To Make left-over mashed potato & green bean casserole

  • Step 1
    spray casserole dish
  • Step 2
    add green beans and tomato soup. Mix
  • Step 3
    Spread left-over mashed potatoes on top of meat layer
  • Step 4
    If using table onions, slice and add
  • Step 5
    Add shredded cheese
  • Step 6
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees till bubbly. Aprox 50-60 minutes
  • Step 7
    Opps! Layer browned beef over green bean-tomato soup
