I borrowed a Monte Cristo Fold Over recipe posted by Penny R, and changed the stuffing to accommodate my left oner brisket

Ingredients
- 2 cans pillsbury grands biscuits-8 to the can
- 1 medium onion diced or slivered
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1-2 pound left over brisket shredded or chipped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup favorite barbecue sauce (i used woodie's
- EGG COATING
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk or half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
How To Make left-over brisket fold overs

Step 1In a medium skillet, saute the onions until translucent.

Step 2Add the garlic, chili powder, barbeque sauce,balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Step 3Add the brisket and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 4Let cool while you roll out the biscuit dough into 5-6 inch circles and prepare the egg coating.

Step 5Spoon meat mixture onto dough circles and fold dough over and seal with fork tines around the edge. Place on foil lined cookie sheet and baste with the egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
