Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cans (5 1/2 ounce) tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
- 6 - green onions, chopped (optional)
- 8 ounces medium noodles, cooked
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make layered triple cheese and beef casserole

Step 1Fry ground beef and onions in oil.

Step 2Add next seven ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Set aside.

Step 3Beat cream cheese and sour cream together. Stir in ricotta cheese, green pepper and green onions. Set aside.

Step 4Layer in greased 3 quart casserole as follows: One half noodles. Ricotta cheese mixture. One half noodles. Meat mixture. Parmesan cheese.

Step 5Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
