  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 box
    lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 pkg
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 can(s)
    tomato sauce

How to Make Lasagna


  1. Saute onions and lean ground meat until meat is brown and onions are soft. Drain and return to pot
  2. Add tomato sauce and a can of water and let cook for 15-20 minutes
  3. Add oregano, salt & pepper to taste and sugar letting cook on medium heat for 45 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350. Layer noodles, meat then cheese. Repeat these steps until all ingredients are used making sure your meat and cheese are on top. Cook for 35-45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
