I love this recipe and it goes a long way..

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 packages mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce

How To Make lasagna

  • Step 1
    Saute onions and lean ground meat until meat is brown and onions are soft. Drain and return to pot
  • Step 2
    Add tomato sauce and a can of water and let cook for 15-20 minutes
  • Step 3
    Add oregano, salt & pepper to taste and sugar letting cook on medium heat for 45 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Preheat oven to 350. Layer noodles, meat then cheese. Repeat these steps until all ingredients are used making sure your meat and cheese are on top. Cook for 35-45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
