1In small bowl, whisk together soy, coke, sesame oil, and hoisin. Add garlic and onion, whisk well.
2Put meat into large deep glass pan or plastic bag, pour marinade over, cover completely. Marinate at least two hours but not longer than 10.
3Remove steaks from marinade and allow to come to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Grill or broil. Internal temp should be 115. Let meat rest 5 minutes. Slice thin. Serve with kimchee and possibly peeled, grated daikon radish.
