Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds kielbasa sausage
- 32 ounces cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 - small green pepper, diced
- 1 - small red pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup solid shortening
How To Make kielbasa hash

Step 1Melt shortening in skillet. Add all but kielbasa - cook until potatoes are soft and some are crisp. Add sliced kielbasa and continue cooking till heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Easy and delicious!
