1Cook and drain meat[I add 1 tesp. Italian spice]
in a medium bowl mix cottage cheese and sour cream set aside.
2In a 9 X 12 baking dish layer uncooked noodles in bottom of dish.
3Sprinkel half the hamburger meat over noodles. spoon sauce on meat, spoon half the cottage cheese mixture on top of sauce spreed it as well as you can. Put half the cheese on top of cottage cheese mixture. sprinkle parmesan cheese on shredded cheese.
4another layer of uncooked noodles. then all the layers again. Top with three fully cooked noodles. Cover with foil. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
Optional add: mushrooms, bell peppers chopped, onions chopped. Enjoy
