This is my families favorite recipe for hamburger patties fried or grilled.

Ingredients
- - for every pound of hamburger
- 1 - slice of white bread crust removed and discarded/ white bread shredded
- 3 tablespoons fresh milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make juicy hamburgers

Step 1Cut the crust from one slice of fresh white bread and discard. Tear the remaining white bread into very small pieces and soak in milk.

Step 2Break the raw hamburger into a large bowl. Add salt and pepper plus the wet bread. knead the spices and wet bread into the raw hamburger until all evidence of the bread melts into the meat.

Step 3Put the hamburger mixture in to a container that can be tightly sealed and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 4Shape into hamburger patties and season as desired. Fry or grill until done to your preference. The result is a juicy hamburger you will get loads of compliments on. Enjoy!
