1/2 lbground chuch
1 mediumsweet onion
How to Make Juicey Bacon Burgers
- Mix the ground chuck and ground sirloin set aside.
dice the onion, cook the bacon crispy take out of pan set aside to cool. Cook the diced onion in the bacon fat on low heat until translucent.
Chop the cooled bacon into bit size pieces. Add the bacon and onion to the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
- Mix all the ingredients until all is well combined.
Form the burgers (you decide the thickness)
Put them on a really hot grill. Depends on how you like your burger cooked. Me all the way done.
To top we use A1 and mayo. Enjoy
