Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can mushrooms,drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans tomato sauce(8 oz cans)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make italian meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Combine ground chuck,Italian sausage,egg,bread crumbs,onions,1/3 cup of tomato sauce,salt,oregano,mushrooms,and pepper.

Step 3Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10 x 12 on waxed paper.

Step 4Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends to seal.

Step 5Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Pour on remaining tomato sauce and bake an additional 15 minutes. Add more mozzarella cheese, if desired during the last 15 minutes of baking.
